Pizza Pinwheel Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can refrigerator crescent dinner rolls
    4 oz. pizza sauce
    4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    6 oz. chopped pepperoni
    any other pizza topping such as mushrooms or peppers (optional)
Preparation
    Separate dough into four rectangles.
    Firmly press perforations to seal.
    Spread each rectangle with 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce. Sprinkle with 1 ounce Mozzarella cheese and 1 1/2 ounces pepperoni, pressing lightly.
    Roll up, starting at short end.
    Seal edges.
