French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    slices of bread
Preparation
    Beat eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg in a shallow bowl.
    Dip slices of bread into the mixture, then fry, using bacon grease or a spray.
    When golden brown on both sides, serve. Should make 8 slices.
    Serve with syrup, honey or preserves.
