Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 to 2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated, unpeeled zucchini
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Mix lightly with a fork the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and baking powder.
    In another bowl, beat eggs well.
    Gradually add sugar and oil.
    Mix well.
    Add vanilla and dry ingredients. Stir well.
    Add zucchini and chopped walnuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in greased loaf pans (2) until toothpick comes out clean.
    Cool in pan 10 minutes.
    Freezes well.
