Upside-Down Cake(No Fat, No Cholesterol) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries or 1 c. drained pineapple
    1 c. flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. cornstarch
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 egg whites
    2/3 c. skim milk
    1/3 c. light corn syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine first four ingredients and put into a 9 x 11-inch pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Beat egg whites, skim milk, syrup and vanilla together, just to combine.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Carefully pour over fruit mixture and smooth over.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 48 minutes.
    Invert onto plate or platter, if desired.
