Red Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, minced
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. rice, rinsed
    2 cubes chicken bouillon
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    When onion begins to wilt or cook, add rice to frying
    pan.
    Stir rice and onion 3 minutes.
    The rice should be thoroughly coated with butter.
    Transfer rice mix to a saucepan.
    Add bouillon, onion, salt and tomato sauce.
    Stir. Bring to a boil.
    Lower heat.
    Cover
    pot and cook over very low heat for 20 to 25 minutes.
