Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sweet Italian sausage
    2 c. celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes
    2 lb. zucchini, cubed (don't peel)
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Fry sausage; remove grease.
    Add vegetables and seasonings. Cook until tender.
    Serve with Parmesan cheese.
