Sweet Potato Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
chopped nuts (optional)
3 c. mashed cooked sweet potatoes
8 marshmallows
1 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation

Add butter, sugar, milk, salt, orange rind and nuts to sweet potatoes; mix well.
Shape sweet potato mixture around each marshmallow.
Roll each ball in cornflakes.
Place on buttered baking dish.
Cover with foil.
Freeze until needed.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Yields 8 servings.
