Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter, melted
    1 T. Dijon mustard
    1/4 t. garlic powder
    1/4 t. salt
    1 c. round buttery cracker crumbs (about 44 crackers)
    1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
    2-4 boneless chicken breast, sliced to a thin even thickness
Preparation
    Stir together first 5 ingredients in a med. bowl.
    Combine cracker crumbs and cheese in a shallow bowl.
    Dip chicken in butter mixture;
    dredge in cracker crumb mixture.
    Place on a foil-lined baking sheet.
    Bake at 400 degrees for 25 - 30 min or until chicken is brown and done.
