Southwestern Chicken Or Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken or turkey, cut into 2-inch strips
    1 1/4 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 1/4 c. green bell pepper, thinly sliced
    1 c. red onion, sliced and separated into rings
    1 c. frozen whole corn
    3/4 c. thick and chunky salsa
Preparation
    Fry meat in oil on high heat for 3 minutes, or until brown. Stir in chili powder and cumin.
    Remove chicken or turkey from skillet.
    Add bell pepper and onion; stir-fry about 3 minutes. Return meat to skillet; stir in corn and salsa.
    Stir-fry until thoroughly heated.
    Makes about 4 servings.
