Dijon Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. minced ginger
    vegetable cooking spray
    4 (4 oz.) skinned, boned chicken breast halves
    fresh parsley sprigs (optional)
    2 Tbsp. (1/4 stick) butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green or red bell pepper
    1/2 c. finely minced carrot
    2 finely minced garlic cloves
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. ground allspice
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 c. finely chopped fresh parsley
    1 1/2 c. soft fine bread crumbs
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 lb. lean ground pork
    2 slices bacon, cut in 1-inch pieces
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Melt the butter in a medium saucepan. Add the next 5 ingredients and saute over medium heat until vegetables begin to brown, about 5 minutes.
    Set aside.
