Never Fail Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks margarine or butter
    1 lb. box powdered sugar
    6 whole eggs, beaten to meringue stage
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0 in tube pan that has been rubbed with margarine and lightly floured.
    Cool in pan on rack and remove to plate.
