Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large fryer
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (herb flavoring)
1/4 c. grated cheese
1 stick oleo
salt and pepper
1 or 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Boil chicken.
Debone it and place chicken in bottom of casserole dish (sprayed with Pam).
Mix cream of chicken and cream of mushroom together.
Spread over the chicken.
Add the cheese over the top of soup.
Use 1 cup of broth before stuffing mix.
Add stuffing mix on top and melt the butter and pour on top.
Bake in oven or until brown.
