Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

graham cracker crumbs
1 lb. small curd cottage cheese (cream style)
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 c. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 pt. sour cream
Preparation

Grease a 9-inch spring pan; dust with graham cracker crumbs. Sieve cottage cheese into a large mixing bowl (I use a blender). Add cream cheese.
Beat on high speed until well blended and creamy.
Blend in sugar, then eggs.
Reduce speed to low.
