Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 7 Irish potatoes, diced
1 onion, finely chopped
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 stick butter
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Peel and dice potatoes.
Add onion.
Put in boiler; cover with water.
Add butter, salt and pepper.
Cover and cook 30 minutes on medium.
Add soup; reduce heat to low and continue to cook 15 to 20 minutes.
You may need to add a small amount of water.
(You can also add a can of cheese broccoli soup.)
