Mini Cheesecakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
Preparation

Line muffin tins with liners.
Press crumbs with shot glass. Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar on medium speed until well blended.
Add eggs; mix well.
Fill muffin pans 3/4 full.
Bake 25 minutes.
Remove from pan when cool. Chill.
Top with fruit, jam or powdered sugar.
