Baked Pork Chops With Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tbl. oil
    1/4 stick butter or margarine
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    4 1/2 cup bread cubes
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 cup water
    4 medium potatoes, quartered
    Cooking oil
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 cup water
Preparation
    Season chops and brown in 1 tbl. oil. Remove from skillet. Place in 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Saute onion in melted butter till tender, not brown. Add bread cubes, poultry seasoning, celery salt, and 1/4 cup water. Mix lightly. Shape dressing in mounds on top of pork chops. Coat potatoes with oil and place around the pork chops.
