Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 small can tomato paste
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 medium onion, chopped
    salt and pepper
    chili powder
Preparation
    Combine beef, half bell pepper, half onion, salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons of chili powder.
    Shape into patties and cook in small amount of oil until brown on both sides.
    While patties are browning, in a saucepan melt tomato paste, tomato sauce, 4 cans of water, rest of bell pepper, onion and 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons of chili powder.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Bring to a low boil.
    Drain grease from patties and pour tomato mixture over patties.
    Cook at medium boil for about 1 hour.
