Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Beat eggs, milk and oil together.
    Sift flour and salt over the egg mixture and beat until smooth.
    Fill 6 popover cups 3/4 full.
    Bake 30 minutes; reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake 15 minutes.
    Makes 6.
