Pork Ribs And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 lb. pork ribs
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
salt and pepper to taste
1 large onion, sliced
4 medium potatoes, sliced
1 scallion, chopped (for garnish)
Preparation

In a 3 1/2-quart saucepan, heat oil and brown ribs.
Turn burner to low-medium heat.
Layer potatoes, sauerkraut and onion. Continue layers until finished. Garnish with scallion.
Salt and pepper. Cover and cook for 2 to 3 hours until pork is tender.
