Hank'S Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sugar
    2 sticks margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) Marshmallow Fluff
    1 (12 oz.) chocolate chips
    1 (6 oz.) chocolate chips
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Mix sugar, margarine, salt and evaporated milk together.
    Stir constantly.
    Bring to rolling boil.
    Time for 12 minutes, then remove from heat.
    Add chocolate chips and stir until melted.
    Add Marshmallow Fluff and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Work quickly.
    Add walnuts, if desired.
    Spread into lightly buttered large cookie sheet.
    Makes 5 pounds.
    Can use peanut butter chips
    or butterscotch chips in place of chocolate.
