Chocolate Cream Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    11 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 lb. butter, softened (2 sticks)
    2 boxes confectioners sugar
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 pkg. German chocolate, melted
    1/4 c. solid shortening
    3 eggs (room temperature)
    2 1/4 c. cake flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk (room temperature)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream
    together with mixer the cream cheese and butter. Add 1 box confectioners sugar and mix well. Add the second box of confectioners
    sugar
    and
    1/4 cup warm water and mix well. Add the
    melted
    German
    chocolate. Take out 2 1/2 cups of the mixture and
    reserve
    it
    for
    frosting. Add to the remaining mixture the shortening and eggs (one at a time) and mix well.
