Fresh Fried Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 ears fresh corn or enough for 2 c.
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    3 c. whole kernel corn (drained)
    1/4 c. milk
    1 egg (separated)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla extra
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine corn, milk, egg yolk, salt, butter, vanilla and sugar in medium mixing bowl; stir well. Beat egg white until stiff but not dry; fold into corn mixture. Spoon into nonstick 8- inch square baking disk, and bake at 350 degree for 30 to 40 minutes or until set. Serve and enjoy.
