Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked, diced chicken or turkey
    2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. curry powder (optional)
    1 Tbsp. onion juice
    1 Tbsp. chutney (optional)
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 (6 oz.) can sliced, drained water chestnuts
    2 c. seedless grapes, cut
    2 c. pineapple chunks or a combination of apples and mandarin oranges (optional)
    5 oz. slivered almonds, toasted in 1 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except almonds.
    Add almonds just before serving.
    Serves 6 to 8.
