Banana-Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. cake flour
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. shortening
2/3 c. buttermilk
3 eggs
3 medium mashed bananas
2/3 c. finely chopped nuts
Preparation

Heat oven
to 350\u00b0.
Put all ingredients in bowl.
With mixer, blend
all\t1/2
minute
on
low speed and 3 minutes on high, scraping bowl constantly.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes in tube or Bundt pan.
Can frost or dust with powdered sugar.
