Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 (8 oz) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed & drained
    1 small onion (I use dehydrated)
    4 eggs (or eggbeaters)
    1 c. lite cottage cheese
    1 stick oleo (or 1 packet butter buds)
Preparation
    Blend eggs and cottage cheese. Add to muffin mix. Add oleo, onion and broccoli. Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with Pam. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
