Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sweet potatoes
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 lightly beaten eggs
    1/3 stick melted margarine
    1 small can cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and beat well with mixer or in blender.
    Pour into greased baking dish and cover with topping. Bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
