Summer Snowball - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. milk
4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
confectioners sugar

Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar; add milk.
Beat in flour and baking powder.
Drop by teaspoonfuls in hot oil and brown.
When cool, shake in confectioners sugar.
