Coffee Brandy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. sugar
2 c. boiling water
2 oz. instant coffee

Preparation

Dissolve and cool.
Measure and add equal amounts of vodka (a fifth).
Add one vanilla bean.
Bottle.
Let set 2 weeks.
