Homemade Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. salad oil
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Break egg into container or blender.
    Add vinegar and dry ingredients.
    Add 1/4 of the oil.
    Cover; turn motor on low speed. Immediately uncover and pour in remaining oil, to a steady stream.
    Turn motor up to high for last 5 seconds or so.
