Cottage Or Ricotta Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    juice of a lemon
    1 c. milk
    1 (10-inch) pie shell
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream together with a mixer the cheese and flour.
    Add eggs and mix well.
    Add sugar gradually, then lemon juice.
    By hand, stir in milk.
    Pour into pie shell and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
