Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/3 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 oz. red food coloring
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil.
    Add eggs; beat well
    Add vinegar and food coloring; beat well.
    Sift dry ingredients and add, alternating with milk.
    Add vanilla.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Best if made in 4 layers.
