Black Bottom Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 egg
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. oil
    2/3 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, egg, 1/3 cup sugar and salt with an electric mixer.
    Stir in chocolate chips; set aside.
    In another bowl combine flour, 1 1/2 cups sugar, cocoa, baking soda, salt and water.
    Next, mix oil, vinegar and vanilla.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Fill cupcake papers 1/2 full with cocoa batter.
    Place 1 teaspoonful cream cheese mixture in center of each cupcake and bake 15 to 20 minutes.
    No frosting is needed.
