One Dish Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. uncooked lasagna noodles
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 chopped onion
    32 oz. extra thick Ragu spaghetti sauce
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    2 c. cottage cheese
    3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion.
    Drain.
    Add sauce, water and sugar. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
    In greased 9 x 13-inch pan, layer 1/3 sauce mixture, half uncooked noodles, 1/2 cottage cheese and 1/3 Mozzarella cheese.
    Repeat layers, ending with 1/3 Mozzarella cheese and sauce.
    Combine 1 cup Mozzarella with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and sprinkle on top.
    Cover with foil.
    Best when refrigerated overnight, but can be baked right away at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
