Broccoli With Pimiento Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. crushed cheese flavored crackers
    1/4 c. slivered almonds or chopped pecans
    1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimiento
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions.
    Arrange in shallow, buttered 1 1/4-quart casserole dish.
    Combine soup, butter, lemon juice and cheese.
    Spoon over broccoli.
    Top with crackers, almonds and pimiento.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
