Squash Supreme Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. fresh squash, cooked and drained
1 1/2 medium onions, cooked with squash and drained
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
4 oz. sour cream
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) jar pimento, chopped and drained
1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. margarine
1 (6 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing (will not use all)
Preparation

In a large 3-quart casserole dish, combine all ingredients, except herb stuffing.
Sprinkle stuffing mix on top; dot with margarine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Makes 12 servings.
