Hot Beef Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion
2 tsp. flour
1 can mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 can mushrooms, drained
handful of parsley
1 pkg. buttered beef, chopped
Preparation

Saute onion (chopped finely) in water and butter.
Add flour, mushroom soup, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mushrooms, parsley and buttered beef.
Pour into pie plate.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and paprika on top.
Bake until hot.
Serve with crackers (suggest Town House).
