Champagne Cocktail - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 sugar cubes
1 (11 oz.) can mandarins, drained
1/4 c. mandarin juice
1 bottle very cold champagne
Preparation

Sprinkle sugar cubes with mandarin juice, let dry.
In each champagne glass, place 1 mandarin sugar cube and 1 mandarin section.
Fill glass with very cold champagne.
Sugar cube dissolves very slowly and lasts through 2 or 3 refills!
