Beef Porcupine Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. washed raw rice
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix beef, rice, onions and seasonings; form into small balls. Cook in hot oil until light brown.
    Add tomato sauce and water. Mix well; cover and simmer about 45 minutes.
