Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. browned sausage
2 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom and 1 can cream of celery soup
chopped onion, celery, bell pepper (any or all)
hot pepper (if desired)
salt and pepper
1 to 1 1/2 c. cubed Velveeta
Preparation

Stir raw vegetables into soups; add some water.
Add other ingredients.
Heat in microwave or oven until warm.
