Oven Roasted Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope onion soup mix
1 1/2 lb. assorted fresh vegetables
2 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
In plastic bag or bowl, shake all ingredients until vegetables are coated.
Empty into 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Bake, stirring once 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
