Mushrooms Stuffed With Crabmeat, Cheese And Chives - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms
    1 can crabmeat, drained
    9 oz. pkg. cream cheese with chives
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. garlic croutons, crushed into fine crumbs
    grated Parmesan cheese
    paprika
    1 large cream cheese, softened
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 to 2 Tbsp. horseradish*
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 to 2 dashes Tabasco*
    1 can crabmeat
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3 oz. raisins (2 small boxes)
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1 c. coconut
    Almond Delight cereal (any granola-type will work also)
    1 lb. mushrooms (small ones preferred)
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 to 3/4 c. olive oil to taste
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    4 tsp. chopped onion
    2 small cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing (omit garlic cloves if using garlic seasoning mix pkg.)
Preparation
    Toss mushrooms with lemon juice in a bowl.
    Combine oil, vinegar, onion, garlic, sugar and dressing mix.
    Pour over mushrooms and toss again.
    Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
    Toss occasionally.
    Drain and serve.
