Chocolate Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    8 oz. cream cheese
    4 oz. instant chocolate pudding
    4 oz. instant vanilla pudding
    1 c. powdered sugar
    16 oz. Cool Whip
    1 small Hershey bar
Preparation
    Mix flour, margarine and nuts; press into bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0; cool.
