Chicken 'N Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 -2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler
    1/4 cup butter
    1/4 tsp. seasoning salt
    1/4 cup enriched flour
    1 1/2 cups chicken broth
    1 medium onion diced
    1 envelope French's instant mashed potatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 - 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas and carrots, cooked
    1/4 c. chopped pimentos
    1/4 c. chopped bell peppers
Preparation
    Prepare instant mashed potatoes according to package directions.
    Broiler cooked with 1 1/2 tsp. salt, boned and coarsely chopped.
