Cheesed Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh or frozen carrots, sliced
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 stick margarine
    cornflake crumbs
Preparation
    Boil carrots until tender; drain.
    Place carrots in greased 7 x 11-inch baking dish.
    In saucepan, melt cheese and margarine, stirring constantly.
    Pour over drained carrots.
    Top with cornflake crumbs and dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown and bubbly or about 30 minutes.
