Super-Special Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 slices canned pineapple
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. ground ham
    1 1/2 c. ground fresh pork
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. finely crumbled crackers
    1/2 c. finely crumbled potato chips
Preparation
    Mix brown sugar, mustard and vinegar.
    Put in bottom of loaf pan.
    Cut slices of pineapple and arrange on bottom of pan. Combine ham, pork, eggs, milk, crackers and potato chips.
    Pack into pan, being careful not to disarrange pineapple.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.
    Unmold and serve.
