Company Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
3/4 c. hot tap water
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. soft butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Beat all ingredients together except sugar, cinnamon and nuts until well blended.
In small bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon and nuts.
Layer in greased 9 x 13-inch pan: half batter and half sugar mixture; repeat.
Swirl.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serve warm or cool.
