*Quick Potatoes And Mushrooms In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream (at room temperature)
    1 small onion, minced
    1 lb. potatoes, cooked, peeled and sliced 1/3-inch thick
    dash of hot pepper seasoning
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh dill or 1 tsp. dried dill weed
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large skillet.
    Add onion and mushrooms. Saute until tender.
    Add potatoes, salt, pepper and hot pepper seasoning.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring carefully with pancake turner, about 5 minutes, or until potatoes are heated.
    Stir in sour cream with the dill and serve.
    Serves 4.
