Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1/2 Tbsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk, scalded
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Beat eggs together until light colored and creamy; add nutmeg. Mix sugar and flour.
Pour milk over flour mixture; beat well. Add eggs and butter.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
Lower temperature to 350\u00b0.
Bake for about 30 minutes longer.
