Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 tsp. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 medium pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese. Mix all ingredients in with cream cheese. Roll into ball, then roll into pecans and parsley. Chill.
