Coconut Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 medium boiled potato
1 box confectioners sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. coconut
1 large pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 bar paraffin wax

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, except for the chocolate chips and the wax.
Form into small eggs.
Melt the chocolate chips and the wax together, then dip the small eggs into chocolate-wax mixture.
Let dry on wax paper.
